Gallagher, Jim

Professor; was for over 30 years a civil servant in Edinburgh and London, working for the UK Government and the Scottish Executive. He was head of the Scottish Justice Department and advisor on devolution to two Prime Ministers. Born and educated in Glasgow, he is a Visiting Professor in the Glasgow University Law School, holds a Gwilym Gibbon Fellowship in Nuffield College Oxford and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh(seit 2007)
