International Workshop on Intelligent Signal Processing (1 : 1999 : Budapest)

After the second IEEE International Workshop on Intelligent Signal Processing, WISP 2001, the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society decided to accept WISP as a series of regular symposia of the Society organized in every second year. WISP 2001 and WISP 2003 both took place in Budapest, Hungary.
