Mižnarodnyj Naukovo-Navčalʹnyj Centr Informacijnych Technolohij ta System (Kiew)

The International Research and Training Center of UNESCO for Information Technologies and Systems was founded in 1997 with the assistance of Ukrainian Government, UNESCO, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Education Ministry of Ukraine. It carries out its activities as a part of the Cybernetics Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
