European System of Central Banks
Besteht aus der Europäischen Zentralbank und den nationalen Zentralbanken aller EU-Mitgliedstaaten, unabhängig davon, ob sie den Euro eingeführt haben. (Art.106 I EGV, Art. 1.2,S.1 ESZB-Satzung).
