Yen-Hwei Lin specializes in phonology, with particular interests in feature theory, prosodic structure, phonological representations and constraints, the phonology-morphology interface, the phonology-phonetics interface, and Chinese phonology. She is also interested in phonetics, sociolinguistics, and cognitive science; seit 1999 Professor of Linguistics Department of Linguistics and Languages, Michigan State University
