Welch, Susan

Professor of Political Science, Univ. of Nebraska (1985) ; Dean of the College of the Liberal Arts at the Pennsylvania State University (1991-); formerly principal lecturer and course leader on childhood studies at Leeds Metropolitan University, and has lectured at the University of York St. John
