Maurer, Andreas

Mr. Andreas Maurer is currently employed at The Boston Consulting Group GmbH in the position of Senior Vice President. Andreas joined BCG in 1988 and has developed his automotive expertise over the course of his career. He coauthored a BCG report titled Steering Carmaking into the 21st Century. He also led a study on the auto OEM-supplier interface and wrote a corresponding publication called Rethinking Automotive Purchasing: From Price Pressure to Partnership. He holds a Ph.D. in business management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an M.S. in economics and government from the University of Karlsruhe
