Lehmann, Robert Bradford

is a faculty member in the Criminal Justice Program of the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his M.S. in Criminal Justice and his Ph.D. in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Along with ten years of practitioner experience as a police officer and police first-line supervisor, his research and teaching centers around decision-making systems, the ethic of care, and cultural responsiveness intersections between the justice system and education.
