Urban, Shanna

is a clinical assistant professor in the University of North Dakota Department of Social Work and a PhD candidate in the North Dakota State University Department of Criminal Justice. Drawing on her experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, her current professional areas of interests are diagnoses and treatment though evidenced-based practice, utilizing a person-in-environment perspective.
