Yehl, Robert

Robert (Sherman) Yehl, PhD, is coordinator of public administration programs and assistant professor of political science at Valdosta State University, Georgia. He served as a street-level bureaucrat and city manager from 1981to 2009, and as senior governance advisor for the Local Governance Program-Iraq from 2009 to 2010.
