Yaakov Falkov, Guest Speaker, Lecturer at Tel Aviv and Reichman Universities ; Dr. Yaacov Falkov is a Latvia-born Israeli historian. In 2013, he received his Ph.D. in military and intelligence history from Tel Aviv University; Dr. Falkov is the author of two books: Forest Spies: The Intelligence Activity of the Soviet Partisans 1941-1945 (in Hebrew; Yad Vashem and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 2017), awarded the Historical Society of Israel Prize for 2021, and Between Hitler and Churchill: Two Jewish Agents and the Effort Made by British Intelligence to Prevent Secret Polish-Nazi Collusion (in Hebrew; the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 2022), published in 2022
