Gu, Yiquan

Reader in Economics at the University of Liverpool. His main field of research is industrial economics with a particular focus on market information. He currently researches on the role of information intermediaries, the consequences of market transparency, and strategic obfuscation of firms in both regular and financial markets. He also writes on other topics in industrial economics such as product differentiation and unionised oligopoly. He holds a Doctorate degree in Economics (summa cum laude) from TU Dortmund University and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Freiburg
