"Jane Sancinito is currently Assistant Professor of History at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her research interests are in ancient Roman merchants, artisans, and transporters, Greek and Roman numismatics, and ancient social and economic history. Her first book, The Reputation of the Roman Merchant, was published in 2024 with the University of Michigan Press. He second project intends to chart the use and meaning of “greed” in antiquity.""
