University College of the Cariboo

Cariboo College in Kamloops, B.C. became a university college in 1989, changing its name to University College of the Cariboo (UCC) in 1991; in March 2005, it amalgamated with the BC Open University and other aspects of the Open Learning Agency, to form Thompson Rivers University
