She leads the Aston Business Clinic. She is Founder and Director of Active Imagining (www.active-imagining.co.uk), an organisational development and leadership consultancy. She is also a Director of Akatemia UK (www.akatemia.org.uk). She is a Principal Fellow of Advance HE and a Chartered Fellow/Chartered Manager of CMI.
