Haefs, Elisabeth

Promotion 2022 an der Fakultät für Geisteswissenschaften der Universität Duisburg-Essen

Elisabeth Haefs received her B.A. from the University of Siegen, and an M.A. in Anglophone Studies as well as Literature and Media Practice from the University of Duisburg-Essen (2018). She finished her studies with a thesis on narrativity in texts from scientific journals. Her dissertation project is titled "Scripts of Community Gardening: The Inclusive Green City Plot in Portland (Oregon) and Essen" as part of the graduate research group Scripts for Postindustrial Urban Futures: American Models, Transatlantic Interventions (UA Ruhr). In 2021, she was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oregon in Portland.
