Burnett, Charla

Doctoral candidate in the Global Governance and Human Security PhD program at University of Massachusetts Boston. Her research explores public participation in planning and how technology can be used to strengthen good governance. She is a community-based Planning Fellow at the Marine Science Institute where she is currently assisting environmental scientists and engineers in creating SeaSketch 2.0, a web based application for planning marine protection sites.
