Antonio Castan Perez-Gomez Managing Partner of the Legal Area at ELZABURU Managing Partner of the Legal Area at ELZABURU. Member since 1985. Professor of Procedural Law at the Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid. He has published the books "Plagiarism and other studies on copyright" (2009) and "Intellectual property and also, Poetry" (2017). He has recently written about the procedure for safeguarding rights in the information society, actions judicial proceedings on Unfair Competition or the new Patent Law.
