Ossa, Heljä

Heljä Ossa is a researcher and doctoral student at the Department of Warfare in the Finnish National Defence University. In her doctoral dissertation she focuses on European security and defence politics and how European strategic autonomy has been perceived by the United States. She works as editor at The Ulkopolitist, a Finnish online journal focused on interna tional affairs and foreign policy. Her research interests include NATO, EU Security and Defence Policy and transatlantic relations.
