Campagna, Desirée

Desirée Campagna is a researcher and consultant in the feld of cultural policy and public policy evaluation, currently working for the private con sultancy PTSCLAS S.p.A (Italy). She completed her Ph.D. in 2019. She is specialized in designing and evaluating cultural and social policies and programs, with a specifc expertise on social impact assess ment and qualitative research techniques, such as process-tracing and the Theory of Change (ToC). As a consultant, she supported public and pri vate organizations in designing interventions for the valorization of cul tural heritage, in accessing to fnance for cultural and creative activities, and in realizing feasibility studies for local development and tourism promotion.
