Janosik, an associate professor of politics at Occidental College, died Feb. 25. He was 45. Janosik, who lived in Eagle Rock, joined the Occidental faculty in 1982 and specialized in American Constitutional law. e earned a law degree at the University of Chicago Law School in 1971 and a Ph.D. in politics in 1983 from New York University, where he taught for 10 years. He also was editor-in-chief of the Encyclopedia of the American Judicial System, a three-volume series of essays published in 1987. His bibliography of the American Constitution was published by Salem Press last year
