Fofana, Ismaël

Ismael Fofana is a Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Washington D.C., and coordinates the network component of the African Growth and Development Policy (AGRODEP) modeling consortium. He headed the Institute's West and Central Africa Office in Dakar, Senegal, between 2013 and 2017. Ismael received his PhD in Economics from the "Université de Paris 1-Sorbonne". He conducts scientific research and provides technical support on strategic economic analysis and planning.
