Zhang, Sheng

1969

Professor Zhang Sheng was born in June 1969 in Tianchang, Anhui Province. He received his Ph.D degree in history from Nanjing University in 1994. Now he serves as Dean of the School of History, Nanjing University. In addition, he also serves as the Vice-President of Nanjing Historical Society, Vice-President of the Research Society on the History of Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders and Vice-President of Sanya Tanka Cultural Association in Hainan Province. He took a temporary post as Deputy-Mayor of Wuzhishan of Hainan Province from December 2012 to December 2013
