Bioorganic and Medical Chemistry; received her PhD degree in Medicinal Chemistry from Sichuan University, China; Full Professor in 2003 at Sichuan University; Postdoctoral Fellow for three years at the University of Alberta in Canada and Senior Research Fellow for six years at Virginia Tech; joined Fresno State in 2012 and is currently Associate Professor in the Chemistry Department
