Lawrent, Godlove

GodloveLawrentis a lecturer at the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. He obtained his PhD from theUniversity of Waikato (New Zealand). His research interest is the professionalism of teachers, particu-larly how they construct their identity and understanding of their own efficacy to influence studentlearning in diverse school settings. Before his doctoral studies, Lawrent was a secondary-schoolteacher and pre-service teacher educator.
