Foster, Kelly N.

Kelly N. Foster, PhD, is an associate professor of sociology at East Tennessee State University and the director of the Applied Social Research Laboratory at ETSU. Kelly’s research interests are in survey research methodology and new technologies in research methods as well as engaging hard to reach populations and public and community health. Prior to ETSU, Kelly worked was a survey research professional at the University of Georgia’s College of Public Health (2009-2012) and the Carl Vinson Institute of Government (2003-2009).
