Mocanu, Gabriel-Dănuţ

BS in Food Technology and Quality Control in 2005, MSc in Food Control and Expertise in 2007, PhD degree in 2011 from Dunărea de Jos University of Galati. He is involved at the undergraduate level in teaching Unit Operations in Food Industry, Power, Machines and Facilities for Holding Agrotou rism, Food Packaging for Catering and Agrotourism. His current research areas of interest are: functional foods for disease prevention, dairy processing, and food microbiology, physical and engineering properties of foods, emerging technologies applied for food processing.
