Foulon, Michiel

Michiel Foulon is a Senior Researcher on US-​China relations and US grand strategy towards China at the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich. Research focuses on the role of security and trade dynamics in American foreign policy as well as International Relations Theory with a focus on neoclassical realism.
