Retired Ambassador of Ireland to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Adjunct Professor at the School of Social Policy, Social Work and Social Justice, University College Dublin, Ireland. Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1973. In 2010, appointed as Ambassador to Japan.
