Professor Emeritus of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Gallogly College of Engineering of the University of Oklahoma ; prior to that (1999–2016), he was Professor, Williams Chair in Telecommunications Networking, and Director of the Telecommunications Engineering Program ; bachelor’s degree in physics from Patna University, a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, and a doctorate inengineering from Concordia University ; MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
