Rutabayiro-Ngoga, Said

Said Rutabayiro-Ngoga holds a PhD in telecommunications systems from Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH). His research interests are in the areas of telecommunication systems, information and communication technologies for development and e-government, with a special emphasis on policy-based radios for wireless broadband access.
