Aluoka, Otieno

Otieno Aluoka is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a social science researcher and writer. He is an alumnus of the Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Program (Japan) and of the Rockefeller International Philanthropy Fellowship at the City University of New York. He has broad interests in studies around governance, human rights and environmental justice and has written widely on these issues.
