Victor, Jonah A.

Jonah A. Victor has served in multiple roles as a U.S. government specialist on Africa and East Asia security issues including at the Department of Defense, National Intelligence Council, and National Security Council. He is the author of the forthcoming book, African Security: An Introduction and Practitioner's Guide and has conducted political science research on international security theory. Dr. Victor is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
