Cil, Deniz

Postdoctoral Scholar at the Center for International Development and Conflict Management (CIDCM), University of Maryland. Received her PhD degree from the University of Maryland, Government and Politics Department in December 2016. Her main research focuses on the implementation of peace agreements following civil wars.
