Part of the Conflict Transformation Research Programme (CTR) at Berghof Foundation. Co-founder and Chairperson of the Prishtina Council for Foreign Relations, a think tank based in Prishtina. Was the Executive Director of Iniciativa Kosovare për Stabilitet (2008-2012). During the negotiations over Kosovo's political status, she served as an expert and consultant in the Cultural Heritage group within the Unity Team (2005-2007). Studied Greek and Roman Archaeology at the Institute of Archaeology, University College London and International Relations and Diplomatic Studies at Oxford University. Degree from the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin.
