Peacebuilding practitioner. Currently works as an independent consultant and advisor to groups, governments and organisations engaged in working on peace, justice and social change processes. In 1994, he co-founded Conciliation Resources where he was Executive Director for twenty-two years. Senior Research Associate at the Overseas Development Institute in London. MPhil from Trinity College, University of Dublin.
