Abrahamyan, Xoren Harowt̕yowni

1900–1938

Joined the Red Army in 1918 and fought in Central Asia, at Khiva and other locations. Served in numerous capacities in Soviet Armenia, holding among others the title of war commissar. In 1937, he was arrested during the course of the Great Purge and executed for supposed anti-revolutionary activities.
