Zarro, Michael

Dr. Michael Zarro is a User Experience consultant with over 15 years experience leading UX projects for some of the largest technology companies in the world. Currently he manages an international customer research practice for the Project Management Institute. Previously, he taught graduate-level Information Architecture courses at Drexel University, supervised a Master’s Thesis at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and taught in a technology learning program at Bryn Mawr College.
