Barry, Donald D.

1934–2018

Amerikan. Rechtswissenschaftler ; geb. in East Cleveland, Ohio ; educated at Ohio University and Syracuse University. During his time in graduate school he spent a year at Moscow University in the early years of the US-USSR exchange program. He joined the Lehigh University faculty in 1963, rising through the academic ranks to University Distinguished Professor of Political Science. He served as department chair and director of the Center for International Studies ; works on Russian politics and law and on American administrative law
