PhD candidate [2019] at the University of South Australia and is affiliated with the International Centre for Muslim and non-Muslim Understanding. He obtained a master's degree from the London School ofEconomics. His PhD thesis provides a discursive analysis of Western perceptions of Islam( ism) and violence post-9 /11.
