Department of Politics and International Relations, Green Templeton College, University of Oxford. Koester' work focuses on post-conflict statebuilding, peacebuilding and gender relations. She has completed DPhil and MPhil research in this area at the University of Oxford. She has also advised International Organizations, governments and civil society on these challenges.
