Mougeot, Luc J.A.

He was associate professor at the Federal University of Pará, in Belém, Brazil (1978–1989). He holds a doctorate in geography from Michigan State University, completed a post doctoral programme in Germany and the United Kindgom, and was seconded to the World Bank in Washington, DC, researching environmental and social impacts of large development projects.
