Cai, Congyan

Cai Congyan is a professor of public international law at Xiamen University School of Law and Fudan University Law School. His teaching and research fields cover Public International Law, International Investment Law and Chinese International Law. He was a Fulbright Scholar and Global Research Fellow at New York University School of Law(2011-2012), Visiting Professor at Columbia Law School(2014), Visiting Professor at Kobe University School of Law (2015,2016) and Senior Research Fellow at Humboldt University School of Law (2016), etc. Honorary Professor at East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) in China. His paper have been widely published in top Chinese and English law journals.
