Akiyama, Nobumasa

Nobumasa Akiyama is Dean of the Graduate School of International and Public Policy and Professor at the Graduate School of Law, Hitotsubashi University. He is also an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs. He holds a PhD from Hitotsubashi University and a Masters degree from Cornell Institute for Public Affairs, Cornell University. His research interests include international politics and international security.
