Wang, Frances Yaping

Frances Yaping Wang is Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Singapore Management University. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Notre Dame. She received her Ph.D. in Politics from the University of Virginia in August 2018. She was previously a predoctoral fellow at the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies of the George Washington University and a Minerva-USIP Peace Scholar. She studies interstate conflicts, with a focus on public opinion, authoritarian politics, and international relations in East Asia.
