Oeur, Il

Il Oeur is the executive director of the Analyzing of Development Issues Centre, Cambodia. He has conducted capacity development and research for the NGO sector since 1999. He has been involved in some collaborative research projects with the University of Utah, Salt Lake city, Utah, USA and the University of Sussex, UK; he is currently with Mahidol University, Thailand. The focus of his research has been on land and natural resources governance, community mobilisation for collective action, child rights, youth issues, and cross-border issues such as migration.
