Cook, Emma E.

Associate professor in the Modern Japanese Studies Program at Hokkaido University. She holds a BSc from the University of Liverpool, an MSc from the University of Edinburgh, and a PhD in social anthropology from SOAS, University of London. Currently she is working cross-culturally on the social experiences of food allergies in Japan and the United Kingdom
