Pandey, Shashikant

Shashikant Pandey is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow.Having obtained, B.A., M.A. (Gold Medal) Ph.D. degree from Banaras Hindu University, Dr. Pandey has. taught at various institutions. He has published book and several research articles in various reputed journals. He has participated in various national and International conferences and presented papers. He has actively participate in public discussions and given inputs to reputed international newspaper such as Wall Street Journal. Besides that, he is life- time member of All India Political Science Association, Mid-West Political Science Association, USA.Currently, he is working on a joint collaborative project with Stockholm University, Sweden. His area of interest is Indian Politics, Democracy and Human Rights etc.
