Ph.D. CPA, is Professor of Practice at Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management. He was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 28 years, retiring in 2004 to pursue a doctorate at Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia. He has resided in China since 1997, and is a member of the Standing Advisory Group of the US Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
