Namgyel, Thinley

Thinley Namgyel is the Chief Environment Officer of the National Environment Commission, Royal Government of Bhutan. Between 2010 and 2015, he led the negotiations on adaptation for the LDC Group in the UNFCCC process, and was their representative to the Advisory Board of the Climate Technology Centre and Network from 2017 to 2018.
